Industrial Manipulators

Ad hoc grip-ping tools for component handling

Industrial Manipulator

High Quality Manipulators Built For Heavy Duty Handling

Sicma manipulators are built at the company's headquarters (in Corbetta (MI) ITALY). The industrial manipulators are tested in a dedicated area with the simulation of real movements expected at our customer's site. Thanks to in-depth study and surveys carried out by sales technicians, a series of ad hoc grip-ping tools are created in order to make the movement of the components as ergonomic and efficient as possible.

Manipulator Models

MPS Manipulator

Pegasus MC Model

Serve the areas intended for the handling of the components with working radii that vary with the variation of the applied weights.

MPS Manipulator

PEGASUS MPS model

The abbreviation MPS is used to identify the SLIDING HANGING version manipulators.

Sicma Industrial Manipulators

PERSEO MCF model

Manipulators with rope lifting principle particularly appreciated for their flexibility and manageability.

Gripping Attachments

SERIES M1 M2 M3

They are pneumatic mechanical tools, suitable for gripping particularly heavy and complex parts to be handled. The progression of the number next to the letter M identifies if the tool has more or less axes to be controlled pneumatically. It is possible to install a pneumatic gripper, a magnet or an ad hoc system on the tool. These tools are normally installed on manipulators that have rigid arms and not rope arms due to the center of gravity which may not coincide with the central axis.

SERIES M1 M2 M3

The tools with this denomination are distinguished by the type of grip and in particular with vacuum cups thanks to the use of a vacuum generator normally called VENTURI.
Thanks to a pneumatic logic designed to guarantee an optimal grip and in many cases with a double circuit to guarantee the seal even in the event of detachment of a gripping element, the tools V1, V2, V3 can have various systems for moving the suction cups to guarantee a perfect positioning of the same. The more complex elements the tool presents, the more the number following the letter V grows. V tools can be installed on all our manipulators.

SERIES G1 G2 G3

The tools with this denomination are distinguished by the type of grip and in particular with a pneumatic permanent magnet that is normally engaged.
This system allows to move magnetizable elements thanks to the pneumatic control managed by a logic applied to the circuit. The system allows you to work in complete safety thanks to the characteristics of the magnets used, in fact in the absence of air they do not release the component that may have been previously taken.

Various models with various geometries allow the manipulation of elements even with complex surfaces. The more complex elements the tool has, the more the number following the letter M grows. MG tools can be installed on all our manipulators.

Drum Handling Manipulator

SERIES AFF AFM

AFF stands for Drums and identifies the gripping tools that have self-centering claws that are used to embrace the drum and in the AFM (Mobile) version, makes them rotate pneumatically.
